Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the switching loss of a switching element by varying the reference frequency for pulse width modulation in response to the speed and the torque, thereby preventing a noise from generating at a high rotating speed and a high torque. CONSTITUTION:Overspeed signal detecting means 13 for detecting a rising signal corresponding to the rise when the absolute value of a speed signal B rises over the predetermined value, excess torque detecting means 14 for detecting a rising signal in response to the rise when the absolute value of a speed deviation signal C rises over the predetermined value, and pulse width modulating reference frequency correcting means 15 for correcting the larger output of the both detecting means by adding to a signal for specifying the reference frequency for the pulse width modulation are provided to perform a chopping operation.
