To provide a vector, for creating a transgenic non-human animal, having a function that permits site-specifically transducing only one copy of objective gene such as lethal gene, a function that permits controlling an expression time of the gene, and a function that permits early detection of an expression site of the gene, and a cell in which at least a part of the DNA of the vector is incorporated, a transgenic non-human animal created using the vector or cell.

This vector is constructed so as to contain a DNA prepared by linking a promoter gene, a DNA that has recombinase-recognizing sequence loxP and encodes fluorescent protein EGFP fused with SV40 poly A signal in both sides, and β-globin poly-A signal having a multi-cloning site for introducing an objective gene in the upstream side in this order.
