To provide a cutter driven and rotated by itself in order to form a suitable furrow in a site where a vegetable is planted and improve a furrowing ability in a vegetable transplanter composed so as to transplant the vegetable in the furrow formed in a ridge with a cutting device using a planting device.

This vegetable transplanter is equipped with the cutter device 32 provided with a cutter 75 in an operating part 30 equipped with the planting device 31 provided with a planting claw 87. Furthermore, a cutter case 76 is installed rotatably to the front and rear in the forward direction of the machine body relatively to an operating frame 33 supporting the operating part 30 and the cutter case 76 is equipped with the rotatable cutter 75. The cutter case 76 and the cutter 75 are further composed so as to be driven and rotated from the same power source as that of power for driving the planting device 31 and the respective rotative directions are equalized.
