Abstract:
To switch an image to be displayed on a display panel between a first display image and a second display image.SOLUTION: A vehicle peripheral information display device 100 comprises: a map image acquisition unit 132 for acquiring a map image PG of a periphery of a vehicle 1; a first display image generation unit 135 for generating a first display image PD1 by combining the map image PG with a self vehicle mark PM; a peripheral information image generation unit 131 for generating a peripheral information image PS indicating peripheral information of the vehicle 1 based on dot group data indicating a distance from the vehicle 1 acquired from a distance sensor 40; an overview image acquisition unit 133 for acquiring an overview image PB of the periphery of the vehicle 1; a second display image generation unit 136 for generating a second display image PD2 by combining the map image PG, a self vehicle image PR, the overview image PB and the peripheral information image PS; and a display control unit 138 for switching an image to be displayed on a display panel 61 between the first display image PD1 and the second display image PD2 in response to an operation from a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
