PURPOSE: To provide a motorcycle vehicle body rear structure in which the rear side from a motor cycle vehicle body rear portion seat where a rider sits, can be attached/detached in a signal operation and assemblability is superior and adjustability is excellent.

CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel mud-guard 3 fitted with a tail lamp 4 and a license lamp, 5 and a carrier 8 are conclusively attached on the bridges 7 of a tail pipe 6 bent into a horizontal U shape, and right and left rear direction indication lamps 10 are fitted to the carrier 8, and the front portions of the tail pipe 6 are fastened at the rear portions of the right and left seat rails 1 of a frame at the right and left at respective two places.
