Abstract:
PURPOSE: To devise the circuit such that burning or destruction hardly takes place when a battery voltage is applied to an output circuit without increasing the cost.
CONSTITUTION: A protection resistor 15 is inserted between ground E and an emitter 14a of a transistor(TR) 14 of a buffer circuit 10A used to send a binary signal sent from a binary control circuit operated by a prescribed voltage Vs fed from a constant voltage circuit 11 to plural control circuits 21-23. In comparison with the absence of the protection resistor 15 between the ground E and the emitter 14a of the TR 14, a base current is decreased and the collector current is reduced, then power consumption is reduced and destruction due to heat is prevented.
