Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique effective to appropriately distribute a drive force or a brake force to each of a plurality of wheels.SOLUTION: A vehicle controller 100 comprises: an operating state detector 31 detecting a driver's operating state on a vehicle 10; a motion state detector 32 detecting a motion state generated in a vehicle body 10a arranged on a vehicle spring via a suspension mechanism; and a control unit that can control a drive force or a brake force distributed to each of wheels 11 to 14 independently. The control unit selectively achieves either a first control mode for distributing the drive force or the brake force to each of the wheels 11 to 14 on the basis of the operating state detected by the operating state detector 31 and the motion state detected by the motion state detector 32, or a second control mode for distributing the drive force or the brake force to each of the wheels 11 to 14 on the basis of slipperiness of each of the wheels 11 to 14 obtained by at least either a road surface state of a vehicle travel road surface or the target motion state amount.
