An attractive image position discrimination unit 420 discriminates a display position of the attractive image based on a position relationship between the position of the obstacle in the image and a position of the own vehicle. An attractive image presentation strength discrimination unit 430 discriminates presentation strength of the attractive image based on the position of the obstacle in the image. An attractive image information creation unit 440 creates attractive image information based on the display position of the attractive image and the presentation strength of the attractive image. A composite image creation unit 500 creates a composite image which composes the perimeter image and the attractive image information.
