Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle engine mounting structure which reliably causes a master cylinder to be bent to prevent the master cylinder from being pushed out to a vehicle cabin side.SOLUTION: A vehicle engine mounting structure includes: an engine 1 provided at a front side of an engine room 11; a dash panel 15 provided at a rear side of the engine room 11; a vehicle body frame 12 disposed at a lateral side of the engine room 11 and extending in a cross direction; a mount bracket 17 for supporting the engine 1 on the vehicle body frame 12; and a master cylinder 16 which protrudes forward from the dash panel 15. A guide inclination part 7, which pushes and bends the master cylinder 16 to the lateral side of the engine room 1 after the engine 1 is brought into contact with the master cylinder 16 during a front collision, has a surface 7a which faces the master cylinder 16 and inclines to the lateral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
