Abstract:

To provide a frequency selection method for processing applications in accordance with priorities.

An on-vehicle equipment comprises a priority storage means 15 for storing a priority assigned to each of a plurality of applications, and a control means 19 for controlling whether to execute an application based on a priority of an application identified by a radio signal received from road side equipment. When the control means 19 receives a radio signal corresponding to a second application during execution decision of a first application, the on-vehicle equipment determines whether to continue the execution of the first application, or stop the execution of the first application and enter an execution decision operation of the second application, based on the priority of the first application and that of the second application stored in the priority storage means 15.
