A clip 12 is fixed on a wheel 30 by screwing a nut member 33 free to screw on a wheel mounting bolt 31 of each of the wheels 30 in a cylinder part 12A of the clip 12 and a connecting fitting 13 is mounted on the clip 12 free to revolve on both right and left tate where the wheel 30 is mounted on the vehicle A. Thereafter, a tension giving rod 15 having a screw mechanism and length of which is adjustable is connected to the connecting fitting 13. The vehicle A is firmly fixed in the container C in a floating state by strongly pulling each of the wheels 30 to the side of a ceiling part and a floor part of the container C by actuating the screw mechanism.
