In a vehicle, an information request signal is inputted from an input device 3. An on-vehicle information processor 1 is connected to an information repeating installation 20 arranged on the outside of the vehicle through a radio communication equipment 21. Information is inputted from a computer network 30 by the repeating installation 20 in accordance with the information request signal sent from the processor 1 through the equipment 21 and the inputted information is worked so as to correspond to an image allowed to be displayed on a display device 4 loaded on the vehicle without being scrolled. The processor 1 displays an image corresponding to worked information sent from the installation 20 on the device 4.
