Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing and thickness reduction of a vehicle lamp fitting using a transparent material.SOLUTION: A vehicle lamp fitting is disposed at a side part on a front end or a rear end of a vehicle body and includes: a lamp cover part 3 forming at least a part of a vehicle body sheath GS and formed by a transparent material; a light source 6 disposed at the vehicle inner side relative to the lamp cover part; a light guide part 7 forming at least a part of the vehicle body sheath, formed by a transparent material, and having an incidence surface 7d into which light emitted from the light source enters and an emission surface 7e from which the light entering thereinto is emitted; and an opaque part 8 disposed at the vehicle inner side relative to the light guide part. The structure allows parts of the vehicle body sheath to be used as a lamp cover and the light guide part to achieve downsizing and thickness reduction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
