Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variably control the distribution of light emitted from a light source variably by controlling the reflection.
SOLUTION: A vehicular lighting system with a light lead system has a light source 6 and a means for collecting the beam from this light source onto the inlet end of a transparent rod 2 and the rod 2 is extended along a long axis (A) and has a plurality of light reflection facets 3 slantly arranged against the long axis (A) and a light lead system by which the light is emitted with a prescribed strength in this facet 3. The transparent rod 2 includes a light lead body 7 and the optical lens 15 arranged in the outlet of the light lead passage 7 is cooperated with the facet 3 optically in the light road of a basic light bundle reflected by the facet 3. By changing the reflection at the facet 3, a control element for controlling the inclination and passing of the light is provided.
