The on-vehicle information providing apparatus 100 for informing the user of prescribed information includes: display means D1 (D2) for displaying the prescribed information; a transparent panel 309 arranged in front of the display means D1 (D2) and through which the user views the prescribed information; a visor 310 including a cavity part 312 corresponding to the display means D1 (D2) and a through-part 313 communicatively connected to the cavity part 312; and the audible information providing means 220 for providing the audible information to the user in accordance with various states of a vehicle. The audible information providing means 220 includes a loudspeaker 223 and a sound guide member 224 for guiding sound emitted from the loudspeaker 223 to the through-part 313, and the transparent panel 309 delivers the sound from the loudspeaker 223 passing through the through-part 313 and reaching the cavity part 312 as a reflected sound.
