To provide a vehicle and a training method where a driving technique can be obtained more safely and efficiently.SOLUTION: AN vehicle having a drive wheel and capable of running by itself comprises a steering wheel 21 provided on a driver seat, a steering wheel 31 provided on a front passenger seat, a disc 41 fixed to a steering shaft connected to the steering wheel on the driver seat and rotating along with rotation of the steering wheel on the driver seat, a disc 42 fixed to a steering shaft connected to the steering wheel on the front passenger seat and rotating along with rotation of the steering wheel on the front passenger seat, and a belt 5 connecting the disc on the driver seat and the disc on the front passenger seat at their outer circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
