To provide a lightweight vehicle panel provided with an inner panel increased in rigidity by providing an uneven part in one sheet and having superior shock-absorbing performance during primary and secondary collisions.
An uneven part 20 of an inner panel 2 includes a first projecting part 21 having a 12 pyramid shape or a 12 truncated pyramid shape, a second projecting part 22 having a hexagonal pyramid shape or a truncated hexagonal pyramid shape projecting to the opposing side, and an intermediate surface 23 of a square shape. When viewed from the vertical direction, the first projecting parts 21 are regularly distributed corresponding to the positions of the center point and each apex of one substantially regular hexagonal shape out of virtual substantially regular hexagonal shape. Six second projecting parts 22 and six intermediate surfaces 23 are alternately and regularly arrayed to surround the periphery of one first projecting part 21. The intermediate surfaces 23 are distributed to connect the adjacent first projecting parts 21 to each other. The second projecting parts 22 are distributed at the positions surrounded by the first projecting parts 22 and the intermediate surfaces 23.
