To provide a vehicle splash guard which maintains a clearance between itself and a sheet metal component positioned at an edge of a rear wheel house of a vehicle.

A splash guard 100 includes: a long part 108 arranged along a side sill; and a rear wall 110 protruding from a rear end of the long part 108 into a rear wheel house. The rear wall 110 covers a first flange 114, which is formed by an edge of the rear wheel house being folded to the vehicle interior side, and a second flange 116, which is formed by an edge of a side body outer panel being folded into the rear wheel house so as to overlap with the rear side of the first flange, from the rear side so as to form a clearance D therebetween. The splash guard 100 further includes: a pedestal 120 which is formed so as to protrude from an area near the rear end of the long part toward the side body outer panel; and a connection part 132 which connects the pedestal with the rear wall with each other.
