This vehicle suspension device 10 includes: a torsion bar 56 which is extended in a vehicle width direction, connected to a front end of an upper side trailing link 42 at one end in the longitudinal direction, connected to a vehicle body 20 at the other end in the longitudinal direction, and twisted and deformed accompanying the rotation of the upper side trailing link 42; and a rotary damper 58 for which a movable part 120 connected to the upper side trailing link 42 is connected relatively rotatably to a fixed part 122 connected to the vehicle body 20, and which attenuates the relative rotation of the fixed part 122 and the movable part 120 accompanying the rotation of the upper side trailing link 42.
