PURPOSE:To restrain the roll displacement of a vehicle body, by judging the starting of controlling the roll of the vehicle body as well as the starting of returning the attitude of the vehicle body to the neutral attitude thereof in accordance with the angular steering speed and the vehicle speed so that communication control valves, supply cut-off valves and discharge valves in suspension devices are controlled. CONSTITUTION:A controller 36 judges whether the steering comes to a position other than the center position so that the control of roll of a vehicle body is started or not, in accordance with a vehicle speed V and a steered angle theta. Further, if it is judged that the roll control is started, it closes communication solenoid valves 241, 242 and controls the opening and closing of air supply solenoid valves 221 through 224 and air discharge valves 271 through 274 to feed fluid into fluid chambers in suspension devices SFR through SRL which are positioned on the retracting side and to discharge fluid from fluid chambers on the extending side. Further, it is judged that the vehicle body returns its neutral position, the communication solenoid valves 241, 242 are opened to return the condition of the suspension devices to their orginal positions. With this arrangement it is possible to restrain the displacement of the roll position.
