Abstract:
To prevent stress generated in an axle housing from being concentrated at a weld part of attachment brackets of a shock absorber and a trailing arm.SOLUTION: An axle housing 1 has a spring receiving part 21 and a bump rubber receiving part 31 at an upper side, and has an absorber attachment part 41 of a shock absorber 4 and an arm attachment part 51 of a trailing arm 5 at a lower side. The absorber attachment part 41 is arranged adjacent to the arm attachment part 51 at the inside of a vehicle width direction, the absorber attachment part 41 is arranged at an absorber attachment bracket 6 which is joined to the axle housing 1 via a first weld part W1, and the arm attachment part 51 is arranged at an arm attachment bracket 7 which is joined to the axle housing 1 via a second weld part W2. An outside end W1a in the vehicle width direction of the first weld part W1 and an inside end W2a in the vehicle width direction of the second weld part W2 at upper sides of the attachment brackets 6, 7 are arranged in the same-height positions, and the first weld part W1 and the second weld part W2 at the upper sides of the attachment brackets 6, 7 continuously extend in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
