PURPOSE: To provide a tire replacing device with which whoever, even the aged or women, can conduct easily the work of tire attachment and detachment.

CONSTITUTION: A tire replacing device is made up of a base frame 10; a movable frame 12; a pair of right and left support rollers 14, 14; a vertical movement operating mechanism 16 and a stopper mechanism 18. Moving casters are fitted to the base frame 10. By conducting the turning operation of an operation lever 56, the movable frame 12 is vertically moved in regard to the base frame 10, and a pair of support rollers 14, 14 that support a tire 64 in a perpendicular posture are made to ascend/descend. By means of a stopper mechanism 18, the movable frame 12 is releasably fixed at a suitable height position.
