Abstract:
To make it possible to release an emergency brake control in a vehicle by a discretion of a driver, and to reduce a risk that may occur due to the emergency brake control.SOLUTION: A following processing is executed in a travel control device mounted on a vehicle. First, when a first operation unit operated by a driver while the vehicle is running or a second operation unit that can be operated by both the driver and a passenger of the vehicle is operated, a brake control is forcibly performed on the vehicle regardless of a drive operation by the driver.
