As a result, a structure in which the driving wheel 130 and the passive wheels 121 and 122 are arranged side by side but the pedal mechanism 140 is arranged on upper portions of the driving wheel 130 and the passive wheels 121 and 122 can be made. Further, the structure in which the pedal mechanism 140, the first power transmission mechanism 150, the second power transmission mechanism 160 and a part of the steering mechanism 170 are integrated can be made, and thereby the compact and highly stable vehicle capable of being moved by pedaling can be made.
