To provide a vehicle that can travel temporarily even when a drive part for slope travelling fails.
The vehicle includes a riding part for a driver, a steering device for the river to steer the vehicle, a link mechanism connected to a predetermined wheel and having a plurality of links connected with each other in a freely rocking manner, a drive part for tilting the entire vehicle relative to a road surface through operation of the link mechanism, and a failure handling means which determines whether the drive part fails or not, and which, when determines that the drive part fails, starts a tilt suppression device to suppress tilt of the vehicle. It is determined whether the drive part fails or not. When determined that the drive part fails, the tilt suppression device is started to suppress the tilt of the vehicle, allowing the vehicle to travel temporarily.
