Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of running using a drive force from a motor generator, wherein efficiency of energy can be properly improved when the vehicle runs while taking a change in inertia of the vehicle into consideration.SOLUTION: The vehicle 100 includes: the motor generator 130 for generating a running drive force; an ECU 300; and an inertia detecting section 200 for detecting a change in inertia of the vehicle 100. The ECU 300 executes drive force changing operation for allowing the vehicle 100 to run while switching the motor generator 130 between a first state (high power state) that a predetermined drive force is generated and a second state (low power state) that a drive force is smaller than that in the first state. The ECU 300 uses feedback control to adjust a drive force of the motor generator 130 in accordance with the change in inertia during executing the drive force changing operation.
