Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a test mode for energizing a valve device in a vehicle assembling line regardless of outside air temperature, in a vehicular air conditioner setting a hot gas heating mode.
SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioner comprises a valve device switching a coolant flow of a cooling refrigeration cycle and a hot gas heater cycle, a control means for controlling energizing to the valve device, and an air conditioner operating panel having an operation member inputting an operation signal of an occupant to the control means. The valve device is energized at least when the outside air temperature is not more than a specified temperature, and due to this energizing, the coolant is made to flow a hot gas bypass passage by intercepting a coolant passage in an outside heat exchanger side. When it is determined that the operating member is operated by a specified operating pattern different from normal operation by the occupant (S10 to S30), the test mode for energizing the valve device is established (S40).
