To reduce a cost.
A housing 1 and attaching pin 3 are integrally molded. In the housing 1, a part 13 integrally provided with the attaching pin 3 and the other part 10 are connected through a thin wall hinge 11 so as to be openable and closable. In molding, the attaching pin part 13 and the other part 10 are closed, thereby drawing a mold. At the time of attaching a vehicular body, the attaching pin part 13 and the other part 10 are opened, thereby defining a room 12. Therefore, the attaching pin 3 can be integrally provided on the housing 1 without using a slide mold to reduce a cost.
