PURPOSE: To realize a crushable zone, at a low cost, which absorbs a shock when a vehicle collides from its front.

CONSTITUTION: In vehicular frame structure having a shock absorbing member 15 which forms a crushable zone between a front bumper and the shock absorbing member 15 at the time of front collision, an inner member 12 having U-shaped cross section which reinforces the side member 10 of a frame 13, is extended in a front end position in the crushable zone, and a cover 14 whose thickness is approximately the same as the inner member 12 is arranged in the extended part so as to be formed in the shock absorbing member 15 having closed cross section.
