To mount a grip to a vehicle without having biased contact and easily adapted to the change of the shape of a mounting portion or mounting pitch.

The vehicular grip is equipped with a holding part 18a, a pair of legs 18b, 18b integrally provided on both ends of the holding part 18a, and a plate-shape attachment 24 of which the both ends 24a, 24a are mounted at the pair of legs 18b, 18b and a middle part 24b is mounted to a vehicle body 13. The cross section of the longitudinal direction of the attachment is formed in a reverse hat-shape so that both ends 24a, 24a have gaps to the vehicle body 13 in a state that the middle part 24b is mounted to the vehicle body 13. A plurality of mounting holes 24c for mounting to the vehicle body 13 are formed at the middle part 24b of the attachment 24, and the pair of legs 18b, 18b are sidlingly or curvedly formed so that the holding part 18a does not interfere with a central axis line of the mounting holes 24c in a state that the attachment is mounted.
