Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a sky light distribution pattern while suppressing the enlargement in size of a vehicular lighting.SOLUTION: A vehicular lighting 10 comprises a semiconductor light-emitting element 12 with a light-emitting face downward arranged; a first reflector 14 shaped based on a paraboloid of revolution having a focal point at the semiconductor light-emitting element 12 or the vicinity thereof; and a second reflector 16 arranged adjacent to the semiconductor light-emitting element 12 on the car body front side. A reflection plane of the second reflector 16 is configured so as to reflect light from the semiconductor light-emitting element 12 toward the first reflector 14. A reflection plane of the first reflector 14 is configured to form a diffusion light distribution pattern irradiating objects below a horizontal line by reflecting direct light from the semiconductor light-emitting element while reflecting reflection light from the second reflector 16 so as to form a sky light distribution pattern irradiating objects above the horizontal line.
