Abstract:
To ensure safety for an occupant or a mounted object in a vehicle by a comparatively simple configuration in a vehicular seat device configured to activate a vehicle seat (1) through actuation devices (2, 3, 4).SOLUTION: A vehicular seat device comprises: actuation devices (2, 3, 4), drive devices (5, 6, 7), a control device 8, and load detection devices 9A, 9B that detect load applied to a seat cushion 1a of a seat (1). The control device 8 comprises: determination means (S1, S2 in Fig. 11) that determines whether the seat (1) interferes with an occupant or a mounted object, on the basis of a change, in a fixed time, of the load detected by the load detection devices 9A, 9B during actuation of the seat (1); and handling means (S4 in Fig. 11) that stops drive of the actuation devices (2, 3, 4) by the actuation devices (5, 6, 7) in a case where an affirmative determination is made by this determination means (S1, S2 in Fig. 11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
