To provide a vehicular seat folding apparatus which prevents disfigurement, folds a seat cushion smoothly along a small track, tilts up the seat cushion upon folding it, and is safe and handy.

The vehicular seat folding apparatus comprises folding brackets fastened rotatably to the front side of a vehicular seat frame, a tilting bracket whose bottom is hinged to one side end of the folding bracket, the seat cushion located on the upside of the tilting bracket, and a tilting up device which is attached to the folding brackets and the tilting bracket and tilts up the front side of the tilting bracket elastically from the folding bracket when controlled by a user.
