To reduce the number of part items, and shorten an installing process by protrusively arranging a cylindrical ball housing integrally formed with its molded plate material on one surface of the molded plate material to constitute a part of an arm main body in order to house a ball part of a ball stud so as to be capable of oscillating.
Since a ball housing 28 protruding from one surface 24a of a molded plate material 24 to constitute a part of an arm main body is integrally formed at press molding time of its molded plate material 24, there is no need to prepare the ball housing as a member separate from the molded plate material 24, and the number of part items can be reduced, and an installing process of the ball housing to the molded plate material 24 is obviated, and the installing process can be shortened. Since a plug 331 to seal an opening part of the ball housing 28 is calked and joined to the molded plate material 24, the other member to fix the plug 331 to the molded plate material 24 is obviated, and the plug 331 can be easily fixed to the molded plate material 24.
