To remove constraints on layout by reducing the weights of a casing and a ventilating device and eliminating the need for a flame shielding plate and a space to be secured in an exhausting direction.
A frame 6 is provided slidably along an enclosure 1. To the frame 6, a ventilating fan 5 is fixed to cover an opening portion of the enclosure 1. A bottom plate 7 is provided opposite to the ventilating fan 5. Between the ventilating fan 5 and the bottom plate 7, a stopper 8 is fixed for restricting the maximum sliding position of the frame 6 when sliding to the outside of the enclosure 1. Others than the faces of the frame 6 on which the bottom plate 7 and the ventilating fan 5 are mounted are covered by a flame arrester (a flame shielding device) 9 for shutting off the propagation of flames while securing air permeability. When inner pressure in the enclosure 1 rises, the frame 6 slides to the outside of the enclosure 1 to release inner pressure via the flame arrester 9.
