PURPOSE: To improve attaching/detaching operation of a decoration frame and to delete number of components of the frame itself by providing a holder for mounting a person sensor at a ventilator body side.

CONSTITUTION: An opening 22a is formed at a ceiling plate 22 of a room 21, a ventilator body 24 is so mounted in a ceiling 23 side as to cover the opening 22a, and a decoration plate 39 is mounted from the room 21 side. A vertically movable holder 31 is provided in a mounting frame 30 of the body 24, and a person sensor 34 is mounted at the holder 31. A controller 35 can be connected to the sensor 34 via leads 34a without connector. Thus, in order to remove the frame 39, it is not necessary to attach/detach the connector. As a result, an attaching/detaching operation of the frame 39 is simplified, and an operating malfunction of a fan 27 due to connecting malfunction of the connector can be prevented. Further, a window 42a of a panel 42 is integrally formed to delete number of components.
