PURPOSE: To contrive a ventilating fan packing device to break up and dispose an outer case and the cushioning body easily after use, reuse their materials as recycling resources without any troublesome operation and reduce the cost by making all the parts of the outer case and the cushioning body of the same material such as corrugated cardboard.

CONSTITUTION: The body part 14 of a ventilating fan is embraced with two part boxes 11, left and right, using a ventilating fan retaining part 30. The part boxes 11 and the ventilating fan thus held together are placed into an outer case 10 and its lid parts are sealed together to finish the packing. The body part 14 of the ventilating fan within the outer case 10 is held under restraint in a storing space defined by the opposed recess parts 17 of the two part boxes 11 and the load of the ventilating fan is received by the upper surfaces of the part boxes 11 near the recess parts 17. The upper surfaces near the recess parts 17, coupled with the end faces of cushioning boards 12 extending thereto, provides such a sufficient rigidity that the ventilation fan can be retained in a stable condition. Since all the corrugated cardboards are made of the same material if tape or the like is excluded, it is not necessary to sort them out for disposal and such cardboards can be reused as recycling resources.
