To provide a ventilation structure capable of preventing fingers and objects from entering through the air outlet, reduction of air outlet strength, and increase of outlet air temperature, consequently increasing the ventilation efficiency, and to provide a projection video display device and an electronic apparatus using this structure.
An inner metallic wall 16 is provided inside an outer resin wall (upper case 2a and lower case 2b) and a plurality of vent holes 7a and 17a are formed on the outer and inner walls. The vent holes 17a in the air outlet 17 formed in the inner metallic wall 16 are formed smaller according to a preset safety standard and the distance between vent holes 17a are also formed smaller to increase the open area ratio. Further, each vent hole 7a of the air outlet 7 formed on the outer resin wall is made greater than each vent hole 17a of the air outlet 17 formed on the inner wall 16.
