A ventilator 100 is constituted such that four fixing member legs 23 are arranged at an ornamental panel fixing member 20 fixed to a main body of the ventilator, fixing member fixing surfaces 24 at its extremity ends are formed with fixing member engagement holes 25 and fixing member recesses 26, a first ornamental panel 310 having a directional property is formed with ornamental panel claws 33 and ornamental panel protrusions 34, a second ornamental panel 320 having no directional property is formed with ornamental panel claws 33, the fixing member engagement holes 25 and the ornamental panel claws 33 are equally distributed at four locations on an imaginary circumference 61, respective shapes are symmetrical to each other by 90°, the fixing member recesses 26 and the ornamental panel protrusions 34 are equally distributed at four locations on the imaginary circumference 61 and each of the shapes is symmetrical to each other by 180°.
