Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a vertical grinder equipped with a separator reducing the involution of coarse particles, imparting sharp classifying particle size distribution and reduced in pressure loss.

CONSTITUTION: Classifying blades 13A, 13B rotating around a vertical shaft recede with respect to a rotary direction on the outer diameter side thereof as compared with the inner diameter side thereof in a plan view and expand upwardly from below in a side view to have different angles θ1, θ2 of inclination in the upper and lower stages thereof and the angles of sweepback of the classifying blades 13A, 13B are different in the upper and lower stages.
