Abstract:
To provide a vertical heat treatment furnace capable of easily and efficiently transporting and sintering a treated object in comparison with a conventional vertical heat treatment furnace.
This vertical heat treatment furnace includes a vertical cylindrical member 40 opened at its both ends, a heating means 50 disposed on a longitudinal central region 40a of the vertical cylindrical member 40 for heating and retaining the heat, a first plate-shaped member 60 positioned at a lower part of a lower end opening 42 of the vertical cylindrical member 40, and a stopper means 70 disposed on a position just under the first plate-shaped member 60.
