A first rubber-like elastic body 8 is vulcanized and bonded on an inner surface of the upper case 2 and an outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 6, and a second rubber-like elastic body 9 is vulcanized and bonded on an inner surface of the lower case 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 6.
