Title:
VIBRATION CONTROL SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FOR SEAT IN INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3251358
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress vibration transmitted to a driver through a seat without changing height of a seat mounting part. CONSTITUTION: A front part bracket is arranged in an internal space part of a front part 2a of a top cover. An insulator is mounted on a horizontal part 4b of the bracket. The insulator is mounted by inserting a vibration control member 7 through the horizontal part 4b and by screwing four corners with mounting bolts 8 respectively from the bottom side. The vibration control member 7 of the insulator 5 is formed by interposing a vibration control rubber 7c between outer/inner cylinders 7a, 7b arranged concentrically in a circular shape, to fix the outer cylinder 7a to a plate 6, and a lower end part of the inner cylinder 7b is protruded toward downward, to constitute a central protrusively provided part. A mount rubber plate 9 is fixed to the upper surface of a side frame 1 brought into contact with the insulator when the top cover is closed.
