To provide a vibration controlling bush, which is not excessively deformed by a vertical load, generates no oversteer in rotating a wheel, and absorbs vibration from the wheel so as to provide excellent comfortableness, for a twist beam type suspension device.
A vibration controlling bush 11 is constructed of an outer cylinder metal fitting 14, an inner cylinder metal fitting 16, a plate metal fitting 19, and a rubber elastic body 21 fixed in these fittings. In the rubber elastic body 21, the first elastic part 26 and the second elastic part 29 are formed, curved grooves 30, which are arranged on the vehicle longitudinal direction both sides and put the inner cylinder metal fitting 16 between them, are formed in the first elastic part 26, and a line binding the centers of the grooves 30 is formed so that the vehicle front side is tilted toward the vehicle inside, while the second elastic part 29 is extended toward the vehicle width direction. In the second elastic part 29, an elastic part 40 is additionally arranged between a flange part 12 and the plate metal fitting 19, while a lightening part 44 is formed in the inner circumference side position of the elastic part 40.
