The rubber member provided with annular curved surfaces opposed to the first and second conical surfaces respectively is arranged in between the first conical surface and the second conical surface. A steel board side of a conical plate member consisting of thin rubber layer and steel board is fixed onto the rubber member to be arranged at least either of between the lower fixing member and the rubber member or between the upper fixing member and the rubber member. When either the first conical surface or the second conical surface abuts on the rubber member, the abutting first conical surface or second conical surface is fixed with the rubber member.
