To improve vibration control and rigidity of a clutch cable and to suppress lowering of clutch efficiency.

A clutch cable 3 is supported in the hole 6a of a bracket 6 through an elastic substance 12 and an annular stopper part (an elastic substance 12) having low hardness is inserted between a flange-form casing cap 9 fixed at an outer cable 4 and the bracket 6, and an annular elastic substance 15 having thickness in the axial direction of a cable lower than that of a stopper part 11 and high hardness is arranged at the outer periphery of the stopper part 11. The stopper part 11 is compressed by a pedaling amount of a foot pedal and the elastic substance 15 is compressed by further pedaling. Since the elastic substance 15 has high hardness, a change amount of the whole of the elastic body is reduced, and vibration control and rigidity are stepped up.
