Abstract:
To provide a vibration-proofing rubber in which a rubber main body part is free from cracks and edge part peeling.
In a vibration-proofing rubber, a rubber main body part 3 is formed by injecting molten rubber from a rubber injection hole 14 formed in a plate 1. In the rubber injection hole 14, a cut rubber shear projection part 15 is formed in the central part, and a ring-shaped channel part 16 with an arc-shaped cross section is formed in the peripheral part around the projection part. The depth of the channel part 16 is within the range of the wall thickness of the plate 1, preferably 1/3-2/3 of the wall thickness.
