A lower surface of the case 10 inside of which a magnetic circuit part 30 is supported via gimbals 40 is shielded with an elastic plate 60, and approximately the middle part of the elastic plate is linked with the bottom part 38 of the magnetic circuit part. Thus the excess increase of amplitude width of the magnetic circuit part 30 is suppressed by the elastic plate 60 and the collision of the magnetic circuit part 30 with an inner wall of the case 10, etc. is prevented. Further, the resonance vibration of the magnetic circuit part 30 and the elastic plate 60 is caused with the large inertial force and most of vibration energy to be stored in both of the magnetic circuit part 30 and the elastic plate 60 is transmitted to the cabinet 80 of the cellular phone, etc.
