Abstract:
To provide a vibration test device with failure prediction capability for preventing worsening of failure through early detection of anomalies in the vibration test device, and to provide a failure prediction method thereof.SOLUTION: A vibration test device provided herein comprises a movable unit for mounting a test target object, and a fixed unit having a magnetically permeable magnetic path member and flux generating means for generating magnetic flux flowing through the magnetic path member, and is configured to measure crosstalk of the movable unit and predict failure based on the magnitude of the crosstalk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
