Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent mis-start by using the state of a standby signal line to bring forcibly the potential of a VTR control line to a high level at the standby state in a video camera device used while being connected to a magnetic video recording and reproducing device.
CONSTITUTION: A transistor (TR) 24 is provided, its base is connected to a terminal 5 and its collector is connected to a base of a TR23. Since the level of the terminal 5 of a standby signal line is at H at the standby and at L in other cases, the TR24 is turned on at the standby and the TR23 is turned off, then the level of a point C (VTR control line terminal 6) goes to H. Thus, the malfunction to a VTR starting an L signal is not caused.
